Fabulous location, staff were very attentive and friendly. Room upgrade and Prosecco on arrival. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Offered a goodie bag of sweets on departure.

Walking into reception was very welcoming, decor was beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious enough and bed was very comfy. Location is fantastic everything within walking distance! Highly recommend.

Everyone work in this hotel r amazing specially the woman who works in restaurants I can’t see only the woman r super good every one ,when I visit amsterdam this hotel is my home

Location is great, breakfast was decent. Fridge full of drinks in reception (at cost) for refreshments. Allowed us to use an empty room to shower before a long flight home.

The people in the checkin were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent and the room has everything one could need. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature great.
